The Hutchinson Metro Center offers two multimedia conference rooms, available exclusively for tenants by reservation.

Tenants can place a reservation for either conference room through Commercial Café. To create an account, please contact SDC1@simdev.com.

• Comfortably seats up to 6 people
• Full audiovisual capabilities for a seamless presentation or remote conference experience
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (early mornings and weekends available by request)
• Booking Rates:
  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour
  • Cleaning Fee: $60
