The Hutchinson Metro Center features versatile event spaces designed to seamlessly transition from academic lectures and corporate conferences to social celebrations. Available exclusively for tenants by reservation.

• Maximum Occupancy: 115 people
• AV Amenities: The 1200 Waters Place Conference Center is equipped with a TV, microphones, and basic AV setup for presentations and meetings. Our dedicated IT support team is available at no cost to help ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (early mornings and weekends available by request)
• Booking Rates:
  • Hourly: $150 per hour (2-hour minimum)
  • Full Day (5 hours): $500
  • Cleaning Fee: $60
  • Weekend Reservations: Includes an additional $125 cleaning fee and a $125 HVAC fee per hour
